Light Board · Meeting of September 9, 2026
Concord Light Board backs proposal for majority-elected governance structure in major shift. The board heard a working group recommendation to seek special legislation establishing three elected seats and two Town Manager-appointed seats on the five-member Light Board, addressing a decades-long structural discrepancy between state law and the Town Charter.
