Concord Agriculture Committee moves Ag Day planning forward, proposes Emily Wheeler as Pollinator liaison. The committee confirmed eight nonprofit participants and scheduled Stone Soup for September 20 at Verrill Farm. Wheeler has submitted her volunteer card for the Pollinator Health Advisory Committee liaison role pending Select Board approval; Brian Cramer will pursue the appointment.

Committee members reported positive farming conditions with recent rains benefiting local operations, and Cramer's Hutchins Farm has already harvested its first corn.
