CONCORD — Finance Committee stands ready through three nights of annual town meeting without casting votes. Chair Lois Wasoff convened the committee at 6:15 p.m. on April 27 and stayed in session through April 29, when she adjourned at 8:45 p.m., but the minutes record no matters requiring Finance Committee discussion or formal action. The town moderator did not request any Finance Committee votes on warrant articles during the three-night town meeting.
