Concord Housing Roundtable coordinates affordable housing implementation across seven municipal boards and organizations. Select Board members Mary Hartman and Paul Boehm joined the Concord Housing Authority, Concord Housing Development Corporation, and other partners to review Housing Production Plan progress and monitor 40B development projects. The Concord Housing Authority announced receipt of $450,000 in approved state HILAP funding for a sprinkler retrofit serving approximately 52 units; Ray Andrews reported the Assabet River Housing Project on track for Certificate of Occupancy by end of June.
Community Development Director Alyssa Sandoval outlined eight zoning articles for Town Meeting, including updates to mixed-use districts, MBTA Communities compliance, and wireless communication bylaws designed to increase housing flexibility and development potential.
