Concord recorded 19 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only 7 disclosed a sale price, ranging from $799,900 to $3,495,000 with a median of $1,125,000. The month's top sale was 59 Elm St at $3,495,000, sold by Thomas and Judith Vaughn to Joshua and Katherine Minty. Twelve of the 19
