Concord Select Board backs Patriots Day food trucks and endorses majority of warrant articles. The board unanimously approved up to six food trucks for April 20 commemorations at Concord Center and the Concord Museum and unanimously advanced Articles 11, 12, 25, and 26 for Town Meeting. In a 4-1 vote, the board recommended affirmative action on Article 30, urging adoption of a rooftop solar policy, and unanimously opposed Article 42 due to Public Works concerns.
The board also accepted a $50,000 gift from Middlesex School for police, fire, and emergency services, and unanimously appointed Paul Keen to the Historic Districts Commission, reappointed Ravi Faiia to the Zoning Board of Appeals through 2029, and appointed Alison Green and Susan Myers to the Trustees of Town Donations and Planning Board respectively.
