Board of Health · Meeting of September 16, 2026
Concord Board of Health confirms Woods Hill Table closed amid a salmonella outbreak tied to at least eight cases. Public Health Director Melanie Dineen said the restaurant voluntarily closed "as an abundance of caution" after positive cases were traced through contact tracing and an onsite investigation; officials suspect chicken or eggs but have no confirmed source. Separately, the board reviewed changes to its Form C septic policy after a state emergency housing order cut Concord's wetland septic setback from 100 feet to the state's 50-foot Title 5 minimum.
Public Health Nurse Katie Stanislawzyk reported five COVID-19 cases, two cases of Lyme disease, two of salmonella, and one each of a Vero infection, varicella and TB so far in September. The board postponed a liquor-violation appeal from Walden Liquors to its October 21 meeting and adjourned unanimously with no other votes taken.
