CONCORD — Hugh Cargill Trust Committee unanimously approves December records and treasurer report. Chair J. Block, Treasurer K.
Berger, Intake J. Rigali, and Clerk H. Schnipper, joined by Town official Shannon McAndrew and Select Board member Wendy Rovelli, reviewed the month's business via Zoom.
The Committee processed one new applicant for Property Tax Relief and discussed the ongoing Annual Appeal, noting incomplete contribution counts. Block's draft annual report was endorsed by consensus. The next regular meeting is scheduled for February 10, 2026 via Zoom.
