Housing Authority approves consent agenda with full board

Concord Housing Authority approves its routine January business with full board attendance and unanimous votes. Chair Stephan Bader led the meeting where all five voting members unanimously approved the consent agenda including prior minutes, November financials, and December bills and disbursements. Executive Director Jennifer Polito received a unanimous excellent evaluation from the board, recognized for interim management of Tyngsboro Housing Authority and securing CMAHT and HILAPP grant applications.
Two audits, Agreed Upon Procedures and RHSO HOME Funds, came back with no findings.
