West Concord Cultural District Committee Approves Four Art Project Budgets

CONCORD — West Concord Cultural District Committee funds four art initiatives totaling $11,200. The panel unanimously approved $5,000 for a Junction Park sculpture commission accepting applications through April 3, with pieces to be displayed August 2026 through September 2027. Additional funding included $4,700 for Art Loop Phase 2 decal installation, $1,500 for Porchfest on June 6, and $1,150 for Poetry Phone operations.

Consultant Stewart Ikeda presented architectural designs for the Guitar Museum of New England, a three-story mixed-use building planned for West Concord featuring the museum on the second floor, with pop-up exhibitions scheduled for May and June.
