CONCORD — West Concord Advisory Committee reviews design for Guitar Museum of New England building proposal. The committee assessed Inkstone Architects' three-story mixed-use proposal with retail, museum, and office space on the former New Leaf store site. Committee members praised the design's aesthetic and community-space potential while raising questions about parking, building height, and delivery impacts to Beharrel Street.
The committee also reviewed planned revisions to the adjacent 166 Commonwealth Avenue project, now including a plain copper roof and a crosswalk to Kenny Dunn Square.
