CONCORD — West Concord Advisory Committee elects new leadership and identifies priorities. The committee elected Lindsay Wolff and Anna Feldweg as co-chairs and Barbara Morse as clerk, welcoming newly sworn members Chris Webber as associate member and Beth Krull as full member. The committee established five priority areas for 2026: MCI redevelopment connectivity, transportation and traffic impacts from potential Public Works relocation and fire station expansion, housing, village character and equitable burden distribution, and public spaces including Gerow Park and Warner's Pond.
Members discussed public engagement strategies including community forums and a dedicated West Concord webpage, and resident Vickie Alani urged a comprehensive assessment of cumulative traffic and pedestrian safety impacts from multiple development projects.
