CONCORD — Transportation Advisory Committee approves prior minutes and hears road safety toolkit presentation. CPW Director Alan Cathcart walked the TAC through a prioritization program developed with Stantec that ranks safety and hazard locations by Infrastructure, People, and Places criteria, though he noted more projects exist than available funding. The committee reviewed an interactive Engineering Portal showing proposed resurfacing for fiscal years 2026 through 2030 and agreed to redirect public road safety complaints through the TAC rather than to the Town Engineer.
Economic Vitality Manager Mimi Graney reported the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail wayfinding sign project at approximately $27,000, with $10,625 contributed by the Friends of the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail.
