School Advisory Council reviews 13 skill priorities for student development.

Concord Carlisle High School School Advisory Council reviewed synthesis of stakeholder feedback identifying 13 priority skill categories for student development. Principal Katie Stahl and METCO Director Malinthi Fernando attended the one-hour meeting with nine of thirteen listed faculty and staff members present. A Design Team conducted listening sessions and data analysis in January, then grouped and ranked feedback into priority categories.
The top six priorities were Critical and Creative Thinking, Collaborative Communication, Civil Discourse and Bridge Building, Adaptive Resilience, Emotional Intelligence and Character, and Learner Agency and Independence, with seven additional categories identified as secondary priorities including Foundational Academic Literacy, Ethical and Global Citizenship, and Life Readiness.
