CONCORD — Planning Board defers full zoning presentation review, identifies three articles needing work. Vice Chair Ms. Flanagan determined the board did not need a second complete run-through of draft 2026 ATM zoning bylaw amendments but directed additional discussion on Exterior Lighting, MBTA Communities Multifamily Zoning, and a proposed Mixed-use Development article.
Board members edited presentation slides for clarity, technical accuracy, and formatting. Nine Acre Corner was flagged for addition to the mixed-use zoning map. Sue Meyers, a prospective Planning Board member, introduced herself as a technology sector consultant and longtime community volunteer.
