CONCORD — Planning Board defers country store renovation to April pending peer review. The board continued Jonathan Silverstein's application on behalf of Concord Country Store, LLC to renovate the former gas station at 166 Commonwealth Avenue, citing pending comments from peer reviewers; the project includes stormwater improvements, landscaping, EV charging, and sidewalk reconstruction aligned with West Concord village design guidelines. In a separate vote, the board unanimously approved an Approval Not Required plan for 49 Willard Common to divide an existing parcel into three lots, all meeting zoning frontage requirements, over objections from nearby resident Cynthia Deysher who argued the application did not properly account for private road access.
