CONCORD — Planning Board votes unanimously to recommend gas station renovation approval. The five-member board endorsed a Special Permit and Site Plan Review for Concord Country Store, LLC at 166 Commonwealth Avenue in the Floodplain Conservancy District under Zoning Bylaw Sections 7.1.3, 7.2, 11.6, and 11.8. Mr.
Almeida moved and Mr. Starmer seconded the motion, which passed 5-0. The board finalized conditions addressing stormwater management options, underground fuel tank removal with fire department oversight, exterior lighting compliance, and off-peak truck deliveries, while declining to restrict EV charging station operation hours.
