CONCORD — Planning Board unanimously endorses two property lot modification plans. Almeida was elected Chair with Nelson as Vice Chair and Felshin as Clerk by 7-0 votes. The Board endorsed plans for Batstone LLC to reconfigure industrial lots at 100 Domino Drive and for 8245 Medina LLC to divide a residential parcel at 110 Spencer Brook Road, both unanimously.
The Board identified the MCI-Concord Master Plan as its primary focus for 2026, with public workshops beginning in June, and will limit zoning bylaw work to minor housekeeping items.
