CONCORD — Natural Resources Commission approves sidewalk, boardwalk, and store projects in unanimous votes. Chair Jim Smith and the Commission voted unanimously, 5-0, to issue Orders of Conditions for a new sidewalk on the west side of Walden Street, a conservation boardwalk at Lowell Road (with a modified two-year monitoring period), and the Concord Country Store redevelopment on Commonwealth Avenue with special snow storage conditions. The Commission also unanimously approved the continued service of Philip Brewer and Christine Denaro on the Warner's Pond Management Committee despite their status as direct abutters to the pond.

The meeting included additional approvals of three Certificates of Compliance, a three-year extension for invasive species management, and approvals for three continued applications.
