Natural Resources Commission approves two house lot plans pending revised drawings

CONCORD — Natural Resources Commission approves two residential applications and continues multiple wetland matters. Chair Sarah Grimwood and Commissioners Bill Kemeza, Ed Nardi, and Ben Niehaus unanimously issued a Negative Determination of Applicability for Mills and Scott's 232 Sudbury Road fencing and shed project, subject to a pre-construction site visit and post-installation compliance letter; they also unanimously approved the King project at 9 Wright Farm to remove 12 storm-damaged trees with retention of two snags for wildlife. Director Delia Kaye reported that a court emergency injunction has halted removal of remaining MIG stockpiles and that replanting discussions are underway for the Hanscom Vegetation Management Project.
