Dan Gainsboro and Wendy Rovelli were unanimously appointed as Co-Chairs, and the Committee agreed to rotate the Clerk position alphabetically. The Committee tabled approval of April 24 minutes to incorporate Gainsboro's amendment emphasizing a "compelling mix of uses" for the development.
