Concord Municipal Light Board approves Time-of-Day rates effective April 1. Director Jason Bulger and the Board, led by Chair Warren Leon, unanimously approved the Residential Rate Assistance TOD Rate with a zero service/meter charge, an extended Electric Vehicle Charging rate at 0.17056/kWh, and a shift to fixed monthly NYPA power credits. Bulger reported that draft 2024 financial statements are complete ahead of a February 26 audit presentation, two broadband maintenance windows are scheduled for late February into March, and the middle school solar project will seek design approval using ballasted racks to avoid roof penetrations.
The Board unanimously approved the rate package, with the go-live decision to be finalized around March 1.
