Land Use Working Group consolidation subcommittee approves prior minutes, finalizes space plan.
Land Use Working Group · Meeting of February 5, 2026
CONCORD — The Land Use Working Group Municipal Consolidation Subcommittee approved three sets of prior minutes and settled on a planning spreadsheet as the basis for municipal office consolidation analysis. Chair Mary Hartman and members Paul Boehm and Tracey Marano agreed to include both a prospective office building purchase and Peabody in a consultant RFP for renovation cost and building code analysis, despite Peabody ranking as unattractive in the financial model. The group scheduled a final report delivery to an unidentified Shannon by February 16, ahead of a full presentation to the Land Use Working Group on February 20.
Peabody and the proposed office building both contain additional space for future growth of the Integrated Preschool and Concord Carousel, the subcommittee noted.
