Land Use Working Group · Meeting of February 20, 2026
CONCORD — The Concord Land Use Working Group unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and heard subcommittee presentations on facility priorities. Co-Chair Judith Long presented Public Safety recommendations naming a new Fire Headquarters in West Concord as the top priority, with secondary focus on new Police Headquarters and a Fire Substation in Concord Center. The Municipal Office Consolidation Subcommittee, led by Paul Boehm, recommended purchasing and renovating an existing office building in Concord over four other options, though Town Manager Kerry Lafleur noted any funding request would require Town Meeting approval.
The group will deliver a Phase I Interim Report to the Select Board on February 23 and reconvene on March 13.
