Land Use Working Group · Meeting of April 10, 2026
CONCORD — Land Use Working Group approves March meeting minutes and advances Phase II work. The eight-member group, co-chaired by Judith Long and Sven Weber, heard public comment questioning Phase I findings before transitioning to a row-by-row property review led by the co-chairs. Town Manager Kerry Lafleur and staff from Public Works and Facilities Management attended.
The Select Board has extended the Working Group's deadline to July 2026, with Phase II focused on reconciling outputs from three subcommittees, categorizing approximately 50 smaller town-owned properties for future decision-making, and producing a draft report by May or June 2026 for final group approval.
