CONCORD — Historic Districts Commission conducts site visits for two Monument Square projects. The commission inspected 52 Bow Street, where applicant Chris Manning, represented by Mickey Jeanson, proposes to remove and replace 12 windows, 2 doors and a sliding door, repaint siding, replace gutters and add a metal balcony. At 83 Monument Street, applicant Boynton Brennan Builders, represented by Johanna Boynton, plans to demolish the garage and screen porch and construct a new two-story rear addition with comprehensive exterior replacement work.
