Hanscom Field panel approves December minutes, reviews Massport's 10-year plan

CONCORD — Hanscom Field Advisory Commission approves prior minutes and receives Massport's 10-year strategic plan. Chair Margaret Coppe presided as Emir Skokic, Chief Strategy Officer, and Flavio Leo, Director Aviation Planning and Strategy, presented a plan emphasizing regional airport balancing, sustainability, and customer service. December 2025 noise data showed daytime operations down 6.7 percent but jet operations up 4.7 percent and night operations up 9.0 percent to 218 flights.
The commission will formulate formal comments on the strategic plan for public submission during the comment period ending March 6, 2026, and scheduled a Legal Subcommittee meeting with Massport counsel for January 28 to discuss the 60-seat rule interpretation.
