CONCORD — Hanscom Field Advisory Commission approves amended February minutes, considers seasonal turboprop service. Adam Schaefer, Chief Operating Officer of Tradewind Aviation, proposed seasonal passenger flights using Pilatus PC-12 aircraft from June 18 through September 14, 2026, with three daily round trips each to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. Matthew Hatfield, Massport Director of Airline Route Development, confirmed Massport must allow such operations due to FAA grant funding requirements.
February noise data showed daytime operations down 1.2 percent and night operations up 7.6 percent compared to the prior year, rising from 171 to 184 flights.
