Concord Community Preservation Committee approves 2027 funding manual and extends two major projects. Chair Diane Proctor led the committee through approval of the revised CPC Manual as amended, establishing the framework for Annual Town Meeting 2027 applications with a September 18 deadline and October 3 site visits. The committee unanimously extended the Open Space and Recreation Plan Update and Warner's Pond Restoration project, and completed projects returned $28,025 in unspent funds.

In an informational discussion, the committee heard that the Concord Municipal Affordable Housing Trust has received approximately $6.7 million since 2019, including $3 million in CPC funds, but took no action on proposals to establish funding caps.
