CONCORD — Community Preservation Committee approves Conservation Fund and Wright Tavern preservation work. The committee voted 4-2 to support a $500,000 Natural Resources Commission Conservation Fund, with Chair Eve Isenberg, Edward Larner, Jeff Collins, and Nancy Nelson voting yes while Andrew Boardman and Burton Flint opposed. The fund would enable the town to move quickly on land acquisitions identified in the Open Space and Recreation Plan.

The CPC also unanimously approved $81,200 for Wright Tavern Energy Project historic preservation work, conditional on finalization of the property's preservation restriction.
