School Committee (CSC_CCRSC) · Meeting of September 16, 2026

Concord School Committee working group selected Dr. Darnisa Amante-Jackson as professional development consultant for climate and culture training. The working group, led by Brian Waterson, Chair of the Concord-Carlisle School Committee, and Sandeep Pisharody, Chair of the Concord School Committee, reviewed four consultant options.

Amante-Jackson, who is already working with the district, proposed a 90-minute October training session, with the working group requesting she revise her proposal to include a 10-minute segment on equitable conversations among committee members. The full School Committee is expected to vote on the district's climate and culture framework at its September 23 meeting.
