Concord Middle School Building Committee approves December minutes and reviews construction financials. The committee voted unanimously, with two abstaining, to approve prior meeting minutes. Project Manager LiRo-Hill reported $605,902.52 in spending for the period, raising cumulative project costs to $103,852,327, and presented three Technical Review Committee-approved change orders totaling $111,092.45 for beacon installation, closeout items, and temporary infrastructure.
Vincent Miller noted commissioning is roughly 90 percent complete with additional testing scheduled over February vacation and a punch list to follow.
