Concord Land Use Group unanimously recommends MCI Concord for Public Works relocation. The Land Use Working Group voted unanimously to recommend MCI Concord as the preferred location for relocating Public Works from Keyes Road, with feasibility and design work handed to the MCI Concord Master Plan

Concord Land Use Group unanimously recommends MCI Concord for Public Works relocation. The Land Use Working Group voted unanimously to recommend MCI Concord as the preferred location for relocating Public Works from Keyes Road, with feasibility and design work handed to the MCI Concord Master Plan Committee. Members also unanimously established a Public Safety Facilities Building Committee, prioritizing upgrades to West Concord Fire Station, Police Headquarters, and Concord Center Fire Sub-Station, in response to expected housing increases from two 40B projects and MCI Concord-related development in West Concord.
