Concord housing board unanimously approves Assabet River and Buy Down measures. The Housing Development Corporation voted 5-0 on three housing development actions at its April 7 virtual meeting. Chair Julie McClure was authorized to execute an easement agreement for Assabet River Homes, subject to further refinement of the plan and narrative.
The board approved a revised payment milestone schedule for Assabet River Homes under a CHDC and CMAHT Grant Agreement. The board also approved an amendment to the CHDC and CMAHT Grant Agreement for the Buy Down program's Working Capital Loan.
