Concord Carlisle High School School Advisory Council reviewed drafts of the 2026-2027 student handbook and school improvement plan at its May 21 meeting. Principals Katie Stahl and Brian Miller and members including METCO Director Malinthi Fernando, Assistant Principal Darius Green, SPED Administrator Amy Geer, and student and parent representatives discussed inclusion initiatives, including tracking BIPOC participation in extracurriculars and supporting ten affinity groups expected to continue next year. Mental health topics included homework burden, school device use, and attendance policy procedures.

The council also questioned whether flex periods have become repetitive with fewer recreational options available.
