Concord Community Preservation Committee unanimously approves six project extensions at February meeting. Chair Eve Isenberg oversaw approvals including a two-year extension for the Housing Buy-Down Program to coordinate with the Concord Municipal Affordable Housing Trust, and one-year extensions for White Pond Slope Restoration and Chamberlain Park Bridge Design Survey. The Bruce Freeman Rail Trail, Old Rifle Range Trail, and Walden Street Phase 4 projects also received extensions.
The committee tabled the Wright Tavern Structural Repairs extension pending clarification that the request clearly distinguish between CPC-funded work and work funded by other entities.
