CONCORD — The Public Ceremonies and Celebrations Committee approved prior minutes and set veteran event assignments. The committee unanimously approved minutes from May 7 and September 17, tabled its 2026-27 budget review, and assigned Holly Legault, Nancy Crowley, and Bob Ellis to the December 6 tree lighting ceremony. Crowley was tasked with confirming the Veterans Day Parade Marshal selection.

The committee indicated it could provide speakers and microphones for the Minuteman Ceremony, a Revolutionary War gravestone dedication on November 1 at 1:30 p.m. in Sleepy Hollow featuring newly identified veterans graves.
