CONCORD — Climate committee adopts quantitative framework for action prioritization. The Concord Climate Action Committee agreed by consensus on July 7 to use a systematic scoring scheme to prioritize climate and resilience actions in the revised plan, with flexibility to deviate when justified by documented reasons. Chair Brad Dye emphasized the need for a clear method to decide action sequencing and respond to new information.

The committee also approved a formal annual goal-setting process modeled on the Finance Committee calendar and structured progress reporting to become a regular feature of meetings.
